PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY

DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Presets, Stems, Features): All digital goods are available for purchase and download/delivery worldwide. Digital files are delivered instantly via email upon purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Merch, Apparel): Currently, all physical products are available for shipping only within SOUTH AFRICA.

EXCLUSIVE DROP PRE-ORDERS (Drop-Specific T-Shirts)
Drop-Specific T-Shirts are sold on a pre-order basis for 10 days following the music drop.
- Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Orders will be sent out 10 days after the drop. If the minimum order quantity is not met during this 10-day window, your order will be subject to a full refund.
- Delivery Time: Domestic delivery (2–5 business days) begins after the initial 10-day pre-order window closes.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (South Africa)
We ship physical goods anywhere in South Africa with two simple options:
- PostNet Pickup: FREE (Delivered to your nearest PostNet, pick up with your ID.)
-Door Delivery: R100 (Delivered directly to your door.)

Note on Delivery:
If your item is in stock, we ship it immediately. Domestic delivery takes 2–5 business days once shipped. If you ordered a pre-order, your delivery time includes production time + shipping time. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way by SMS or email.

Hoodies & Tracksuits: Unisex fit, size up for a baggy fit.
Tees & Crops: True to size.
Caps: One size fits most.
