Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund
TryHrd offers refunds on items deemed damaged or defective upon receipt, provided that claims are made within two weeks of delivery. Refunds include the item’s purchase price but exclude any shipping fees paid at checkout.

In addition, orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement. Beyond this period, cancellations are not eligible for a refund unless the item arrives with damage or quality issues.

Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please reach out via email to clothing@tryhrd.co. Include a screenshot of your order receipt and provide photographic or video evidence showing the damage or defect. If the item is returned without such evidence of damage, a partial refund of 50% may be issued. Once approved, returns can be sent back through PAXI, using the same shipping method we used. TryHrd will cover return shipping costs for eligible refunds.

Time Frame
Refund requests for placed orders must be submitted within 24 hours for cancellations. Requests for refunds on received items with documented issues must be made within two weeks of the original shipping date.
