Refund Policy

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PRESETS, STEMS, FEATURES)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. Due to the immediate delivery and non-returnable nature of the files, we cannot process refunds for any reason.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (MERCH, APPAREL)
Orders containing only physical products may be cancelled and fully refunded within 24 hours of placement. If 24 hours has passed, your order has entered the production/fulfillment stage and is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.

Defective/Incorrect Item Claims: We do not accept physical returns. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, please refer to the separate Product Claim Policy for instructions on submitting evidence for a refund.

3. EXCLUSIVE PRE-ORDERS (MOQ)
If the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for an Exclusive Drop is not met within the 10-day pre-order window, your order will be subject to a full refund, regardless of the 24-hour cancellation window.
