Product Claim Policy

1. GENERAL CONDITION

All sales of physical products are final. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind, as production is based on demand.

2. CLAIM ELIGIBILITY (Refund Only)

A refund will only be issued if one of the following conditions is met upon arrival:

  1. Defective/Damaged Product: The product arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage.

  2. Incorrect Item Received: The item received does not match the product or size ordered.

Crucial Note: We do not require the physical product to be returned. Upon approval of your claim, we will issue a refund, and you may keep or dispose of the item.

3. CLAIM INSTRUCTIONS (FOR REFUND)

To initiate a claim based on the eligibility criteria above:

  2. Evidence: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence showing the defect or the incorrect item.

  3. Processing: Upon approval of the evidence, we will process the refund according to the Refund Policy.
