Who we are.

This site is operated by TryHrd. "We", "us" and "our" refer to TryHrd. By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Using this site:

  • You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to order
  • Do not use this site for anything unlawful
  • Do not copy, resell or reproduce any part of it without our written permission

Products and pricing:

  • All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable
  • We do our best to show colours accurately, but screens vary
  • Products are made in limited runs and are subject to availability
  • We may limit quantities per customer or discontinue a product at any time
  • If a product is listed at the wrong price due to an error, we may cancel and refund that order in full. We will contact you first

Orders and payment:

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we dispatch it and send you a tracking number
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, including suspected fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund
  • Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider
  • We do not store your card details
  • Your order is not processed until payment clears

Shipping and returns.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

What belongs to us:

  • The TryHrd name, the TH logo, all designs, graphics, photography and written content on this site belong to TryHrd
  • Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork on it
  • If you tag us or post about TryHrd, you give us permission to repost that content in our marketing with credit. Ask us and we will take it down

Liability.

We provide this site and our products as they are. To the fullest extent allowed by South African law, TryHrd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.

Changes.

We may update these terms at any time. The version on this page is the one that applies. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
