SHIPPING POLICY

How our pieces are made

All TryHrd pieces, except tracksuits, are made to order. Once you place your order, our manufacturer begins production. This means your piece is made specifically for you, and we ask that you allow 3-20 business days from your order date to receive it. We appreciate your patience. Good things take time.

Delivery options

We offer two delivery methods across South Africa:

Aramex door delivery (1–3 business days) Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at storetodoor.aramex.co.za. Make sure you're home and watching your tracking. You'll receive an SMS when your order is out for delivery.

PostNet to PostNet delivery (2–3 business days) Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and an SMS notification to the number you provided at checkout. You can track your order at postnet.co.za/tracker. You'll receive a second SMS when your parcel arrives at your nearest PostNet. Please bring a valid form of ID to collect your order. Your parcel will be held at the PostNet for up to 14 days.

Please note: Our 20 business day delivery estimate covers the full journey from order to door, including production time. If there is a backlog at our manufacturer, this window may extend slightly. We'll always keep you in the loop.
