Shipping policy

Made-to-order pieces: allow 4-6 weeks.

We make these after you order. Our average fulfilment time is 2 weeks. Please allow 4-6 weeks from your order date for your piece to reach you.

Pre-made pieces: usually under 2 weeks.

Pieces we already have on hand are dispatched within 7 days and usually arrive in under 2 weeks.

Free delivery on all orders to your nearest PEP.

Every order ships free to any PAXI point in South Africa. There are over 2,800 collection points in PEP, PEP Home, PEP Cell, Tekkie Town and Shoe City stores.

At checkout, enter the address of the PEP you want to collect from. If you enter your own address instead, we will send it to the PAXI point nearest to that address. Either way, we contact you with your tracking number and pickup location before it ships. Delivery takes up to 9 business days once it ships.

Door delivery on all orders for R50.

Choose Priority Door Delivery at checkout and enter your own address. Delivered by Aramex, usually 3 to 5 business days to main centres once it ships. Outlying areas may take longer.

Before your order ships:

  • Made-to-order pieces are made first, then packed and dispatched
  • Pre-made pieces are packed and dispatched within 7 days
  • If your order has both, we send everything together once it is all ready
  • Delivery times start from dispatch, not from when you order
  • Business days means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays

Collecting from PEP:

  • You get an SMS when your parcel arrives
  • Bring your ID and your tracking number
  • Collect promptly. Parcels are held for a limited period before being returned to us
  • If a parcel comes back to us uncollected, you cover the cost of resending it

If your order is delayed.

Delays are rare but they happen. Courier backlogs, public holidays and December volumes all slow things down. Please allow a maximum of 6 weeks from your order date before treating an order as lost.

Our promise.

You will receive your order. If it has not arrived 6 weeks after you placed it, email whosmwai@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend it or refund you in full. No arguments.

Wrong address.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Double check it. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched and we are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect details.
