Refund policy
All sales are final.
TryHrd does not accept returns or refunds except for the following cases:
1. Your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered. Email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number and clear photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the return shipping.
2. You change your mind within 7 days of receiving your order. You can cancel and send it back for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging. You cover the cost of returning it. We refund within 30 days of receiving the item back.
3. Your order has not shipped yet. Email us before dispatch and we will cancel and refund it in full.
Outside of these cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece is made in limited runs, so please choose carefully.
Before you order, check:
- The colour you want
- Your delivery method and address
- That "one size fits most" works for you
- That your delivery details are correct, including your PEP collection point
How to start a claim: Email whosmwai@gmail.com with your order number, the reason, and photos where relevant. We respond within 2 business days.
