RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
We want you to love your TryHrd piece. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.
Returns
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging, exactly as you received it.
To start a return, reach out to us through our contact form. We'll guide you from there.
Please note that return shipping is at the customer's expense. Because we ship your item back to our manufacturer and then back to you, the return and exchange shipping cost is R180.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your piece for a different size or colour, follow the same process above. The R180 return shipping fee applies.
Refunds
Refunds are available in two situations only:
- You cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email us immediately and we'll process the cancellation. Please note that while we'll initiate the refund as soon as we see your message, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- We were unable to fulfil and deliver your order. In this case a full refund will be issued.
Refunds outside of these two situations are not available. All other cases are handled through our exchange process.
